OK. First of all why would a COP attempt such a dangerous trick, shouldn't he be patrolling and saving the city for evil and stopping the bad guys.
I wonder who is recording. I hope is not his work partner, if his boss sees this video i'm sure they would get fired. On a scale from 1-10 this video deserves a "6".
